The aim of the the Statistical Consulting Center at the School of Health Sciences is to provide statistical consulting to academic staff and doctoral students within the School of Health Sciences, University of Iceland.

©Kristinn Ingvarsson Jóhanna Jakobsdóttir is a biostatistician and statistical geneticist. She earned her PhD in biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and she was a post-doc in statistics at the University of Chicago, USA. Jóhanna also works as a statistical geneticist at the Icelandic Heart Association. At the Statistical consulting center at the School of Health Sciences Jóhanna will advise on basic and as well as complex statistical analysis:  e.g. regression analysis, ANOVA, repeated measures, ordinal variables, survival analysis and more.
©Kristinn Ingvarsson  Thor Aspelund is a professor at the University of Iceland and has a Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Iowa. He also works at the Icelandic Heart association as chief statistician. At the Statistical Consulting Center at the School of Health Sciences Thor will assist in more complex consulting.
©Kristinn Ingvarsson Sigrún Helga Lund is an assistant professor at the University of Iceland and she has a Ph.D. in statistics also from the University of Iceland. At the Statistical Consulting Center at the School of Health Sciences Sigrún Helga will assist in more complex consulting.
©Kristinn Ingvarsson Þórhallur Ingi Halldórsson is a professor at the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition. At the Statistical Consulting Center at the School of Health Sciences Þórhallur will assist in more complex consulting.
